The February 1961 Edition of SEDR-104 is published presumably containing this Spacecraft.
20 January 1961 
Spacecraft 14 delivered to Wallops Island
18 March 1961 
LJ-5A launched

The capsule failed to separate from the Little Joe launch vehicle. After the failure of this launch spacecraft 14 was re-fitted and redesignated as spacecraft 14A

4 April 1961 
Spacecraft 14, now re-designated as spacecraft 14A, re-delivered to Wallops Island
1 August 1961 
The August 1961 Edition of SEDR-104 is published presumably containing this Spacecraft
