- Spacecraft 14 delivered to Wallops Island
- 18 March 1961
- LJ-5A launched
The capsule failed to separate from the Little Joe launch vehicle. After the failure of this launch spacecraft 14 was re-fitted and redesignated as spacecraft 14A
- 4 April 1961
- Spacecraft 14, now re-designated as spacecraft 14A, re-delivered to Wallops Island
- 1 August 1961
- The August 1961 Edition of SEDR-104 is published presumably containing this Spacecraft
