Specification capsule

The term specification capsule was used in a particular version of the SEDR-104 Mercury familiarization manual to describe capsules which were described in the main sections of that version. Capsules which deviated from this "ideal" specification were called test capsules. The terms are misleading since all of the capsules were actually test capsules and subject to change. They were used, somewhat artificially, as a mechanism to describe the variations in the most economical way.
